Refund Policy

We want customers to feel confident when ordering from ReCal Concepts. Because our products are personal-use consumables, we maintain a clear and consistent return policy to ensure fairness and product safety.
Please review this policy before placing an order.
30-Day Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unopened
- Items must be unused
- Packaging must be intact and in resellable condition
- We may request proof of purchase for returns made without an associated order number
We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality control reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Items with broken seals
- Products damaged after delivery
- Clearance or promotional items (if applicable)
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are often non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was shipped
- The item arrived damaged
- There was a fulfillment error on our part
We use trackable shipping methods.
We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

- Order number
- Photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Results and Individual Experience
Individual experiences with any product vary.
We do not offer refunds based on:
- Personal outcomes
- Perceived effectiveness
- Expectations of results
- Individual reactions
By purchasing, customers acknowledge that outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process described above.
Refused Shipments
Packages refused at delivery or returned due to incorrect address may be subject to:
- Return shipping costs
- Restocking fees
- Original shipping deductions
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different product, please place a new order after completing a return request.
